The Virtual Learning Academy Charter School (“[VLACS] “) respects its users’ privacy. This privacy policy was established to inform users how [VLACS] collects and uses the information gathered when users visit [VLACS]’s website and online courses (the “Website”).

The Privacy Policy applies to the Website and does not apply to information [VLACS] collects in other ways, such as through phone, fax, or email.

VLACS does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.

Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to VLACS’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both.
