The Virtual Learning Academy Charter School (“VLACS”) respects its users’ privacy. The VLACS Board of Trustees has established a website Privacy Policy, EHC, the full text of which is available here. This privacy policy was established to inform users how VLACS collects and uses the information gathered when users visit VLACS’s website and online courses (the “Website”).
Students and their families may have the opportunity to opt into receiving text messages from VLACS regarding appointment reminders and other communications from their instructors. Students and families may opt out this at any time. This is available on the account creation page and can be changed when accessing your account on Compass.
Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.
