At VLACS, our goal is to get you learning as quickly as possible. To enroll in Adult Education courses and projects, follow our simple enrollment process.
Step 1: Choose a Subject Area

Step 2: Enroll in a Course or Project
Choose your desired course from the learning catalog and click the enroll link in the course description. Click here for step-by-step instructions.
Step 3: Purchase your Course Subscription and Start Learning
Once your payment goes through, you can hit the “Go to Course” button and start learning.
Please complete the "Before Starting Course" module to unlock the content in the rest of the course. Feel free to book a welcome call with your instructor using the instructor's booking link located on the home tab of your Canvas course page.

Step 2: Request Transcripts
Contact all high schools that you have attended and request that transcripts be mailed directly to the VLACS office:

Step 3: Diploma Program Fees
You may pay the $50 Application Fee online or by check or money order to the VLACS office address. Please note, do not send cash through the mail.
Step 4: Admissions Meeting
Once your application has been submitted you will receive an email confirmation and steps to schedule your Admissions Meeting.
During your Admissions Meeting, you will have an online meeting with your Advisor. In this meeting you and your Advisor will:
- Review your Diploma Plan
- Discuss pacing and course completion goals
- Choose your first course and Enroll in a Course or Project
