Whether you’re a student in grades K-12 or preparing yourself for college, VLACS can help you learn, grow, and succeed.

Our adult program helps adult learners finish high school, prepare for college or work, or explore new interests and skills.

Available to students in grades K-12. VLACS will be the official school for students choosing this option.

Tuition rates vary based on your residency, grade level, and preferred program.

I am a…	Can VLACS become my full-time school?	Can I take one or more courses at VLACS?	Can I take all of my courses at VLACS and remain a full-time student at a public, charter, or private school?	Can I become a home school student and take some or all of my courses at VLACS?
High School Student	Yes. Completion of the full-time application process is required.	Yes. We recommend you contact your local school prior to starting a VLACS course.	Typically, no. However, during the pandemic, this may be allowed provided that your local school approves.	Yes. As a homeschooled student, you would be considered a part-time VLACS student and may take up to six credits per year.
Middle School Student	Yes. Completion of the full-time application process is required.	Yes. We recommend you contact your local school prior to starting a VLACS course.	Typically, no.
