Have you ever tried yoga? Do you like to get outside? Do you write in a journal? All of these are great examples of being mindful. This session will focus on ways that we can slow down and take in the world around us, while dealing with our emotions and reducing our stress. We’ll participate in activities like mindful breathing, journaling, connecting with nature, and doing yoga.

This enrichment experience will meet weekly on Mondays at 12:30pm. The session will run for six weeks starting the week of March 10th.

Enrichment Experiences meet weekly for six weeks. An instructor will contact each enrolled student with more information, and a list of any required materials.

During this course, you will learn valuable skills and earn a badge for this accomplishment. A badge is a digital certification of your learning that you can share with others.
