Do you like to travel? Do you like to cook (or want to learn)? In this enrichment experience, we will travel with our tastebuds! Each week, we will learn about a different country, including: Scotland, Italy, France, South Africa, and Japan. We will explore elements of each country’s culture, and then focus on the culinary culture by creating a recipe from the country as an extension activity between sessions. During our last session, we will be joined by a guest speaker, and you will have the opportunity to create a dish from a country of your choosing.

This enrichment experience will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 3:00pm. The session will run for six weeks starting the week of October 7th..

Instructor will contact each enrolled student with more information, and a list of any required materials.

During this course, you will learn career-related skills and earn a badge for this accomplishment. A badge is a digital certification of your career-related learning that you can share on social media and higher education platforms, or with colleges, potential employers, peers, and colleagues.
