In this six-week photography enrichment experience, you’ll start with an introduction to the basics of photography, learning about different types of cameras and how they work. Next, you’ll explore lighting effects and techniques to make your photos sparkle. Then, you’ll dive into macro-photography, where you’ll learn to take close-up pictures of small objects. After that, you’ll focus on capturing emotions through portraits, making your photos more expressive. You’ll also learn creative composition, which is about arranging the elements in your photos in interesting ways. Finally, you’ll get to show off your best work in a photography exhibition!

This enrichment experience will meet weekly on Mondays at 4:00pm. The session will run for six weeks starting the week of October 7th.

Instructor will contact each enrolled student with more information, and a list of any required materials.

During this course, you will learn career-related skills and earn a badge for this accomplishment.
