In partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and VLACS, high school students can take college courses and earn both college and high school credit through the Dual Credit Program.
These concurrent enrollment classes are ideal for students seeking to get a head start with their college coursework in a cost-effective way, while also earning credit that counts toward high school graduation and college degrees.

Free Tuition for NH High Schoolers
VLACS is proud to offer free tuition for up to 2 dual credit courses per year for FREE to high school students living in New Hampshire. If a student takes more than two courses within a year, tuition is $150 plus the cost of course materials.

How it Works
1. Create a VLACS Account
If you do not have an account already, you will need to create one. Fill out the request information form above, then navigate to our Account Creation page and choose New Student.
2. View course information in the Learning Catalog
Select Early College Courses to view course materials and assignments before you make your selections.
3. Enroll in courses through SNHU
Follow the process to create an SNHU account and enroll in the courses of your choice.
4. Enroll in courses through VLACS
Log into the account you created in step 1.
Select “Courses” from the menu on the left, then select “Request / Approve a Course”
Use the search to locate the course you would like and enroll in it.
Your parent/guardian will receive an email asking them to log into their account and approve the course. They must do this for you to be enrolled.
5. Get academic credit
Once you complete your course, you will receive VLACS credit, and provided you complete it by the SNHU deadline, you will receive SNHU credit.
Enrollment and Tuition
There is an admissions fee to enroll in SNHU Dual Credit courses.
Tuition Fees: $100 per course. Lab courses have an additional $25 fee.
