Do you ever have feelings as big as a dragon? Sometimes we all feel angry, sad, frustrated, scared, or even super happy. Slowing down and paying attention to the small things in ourselves and in the world around us can help us deal with those feelings when they get big – and make us happier! In this session, we’ll learn about activities like animal yoga, breathing like a dragon, illustrating our emotions, and connecting with nature.
This enrichment experience will meet weekly on Thursday at 9:00 am. The session will run for six weeks starting March 4th.
Instructor will contact each enrolled student with more information, and a list of any required materials.

Students will demonstrate an understanding of yoga and mindfulness by interpreting yoga movements, using breathing techniques, illustrating emotions, and creating art using natural elements.
