Non-resident, part-time students can be active in no more than four classes at one time, and may not take more than six credits between July 1 and June 30 of any year. We strongly recommend any student who wishes to enroll in a VLACS course consult with his or her school's guidance counselor to ensure the selected VLACS courses will meet the school's graduation requirements.

Prospective non-resident students must meet these requirements:

• Have not earned a high school diploma;
• Not been expelled from a school or diploma granting program;
• Successfully complete the enrollment process;
• Complete all coursework prior to their 21st birthday,

There is a tuition fee for non-resident students who wish to enroll at VLACS. The Virtual Learning Academy must give preference to New Hampshire students. We will place non-residents in classes if space is available. Non-residents will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of $30. Tuition is $920 for a full credit and $460 for a half credit. Students will be activated once payment is received. Send checks to the Admissions Office, VLACS, 30 Linden St. Exeter, NH 03833. You may receive a refund of 75% within 14 days withdrawal or 50% within 28 days. There is no refund beyond 28 days.
